The ground floor has two reception rooms. The double-aspect living room has leather sofas, a smart TV, a fireplace and French doors to the garden. The bright dining room sits under a Georgian bay window with room to dine. The kitchen is fully fitted for self-catering, with a gas hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and kettle, plus a washing machine for longer stays. Upstairs are three bedrooms sleeping up to 5. Two have zip-and-link beds that work as twin singles or join into a super-king double; the third is a cosy single, for a child or fifth guest. The two large bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The family bathroom has a bath with rainfall shower. Outside, the low-maintenance garden has a raised deck, terrace, lawn and a built-in brick BBQ, and an outbuilding for storage. Great for the Studio Tour, family or work trips. The keys are located in a lockbox near the front door. You will receive your unique code on the morning of your arrival. Check-in is seamless with secure, self-check-in available anytime after 3 PM using a lock box and key. Guests will have exclusive access to the whole house, ensuring a private and relaxing stay. Guests have the whole house and garden to themselves, with free off-street parking on the private driveway 2 spaces and on-street parking nearby. A noise sensor is fitted in the living area. It monitors decibel levels only and never records audio, and it simply helps us protect the home and our neighbours.
