Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, ensuring a private and comfortable stay. Optional parking available for one vehicle at additional cost (please inquire). Other things to note 🤫 Quiet Hours & Restrictions ➞ Parties and loud music are not permitted, as our home is in a peaceful residential building. Quiet hours start at 10pm. ➞ A £250 penalty fee will be charged for any disturbances. 💳 Security Deposit: A £250 security deposit will be collected prior to check-in. This will be fully refunded within 7 days of departure, provided no damage is found. 🗝 Key Replacement ➞ A £100 replacement fee applies for any lost keys. 🚗 Parking ➞ Optional parking available for one vehicle at additional cost.
